Christina Williams

As an artist I work in a number of areas. I love a concept or a thought that is positive.
I paint and print and write and draw and assemble, exploring the idea and bringing forth words and images as I go.
My love of vibrant colours and bold patterns is obvious! I delight in colourful, multi-layered, atmospheric backgrounds to add depth and interest to my art.
After I have created a body of work and explored the subject I find the idea often  ends up as a book, encapsulating the various works and illustrating my journey through the subject. Bringing it all together.
The book form lends itself to an idea, you can use words and images and can present it in a sequential manner, representing the journey taken.
